The Office of Surrealist Investigations began out of the surrealist drawing game of exquisite corpse and explorations between the surrealists and the Black Dahlia murder. Drawing queues from Art Spiegelman's narrative corpse, the drawing games have opened up this process further and into other media through collaborations with artists and non-artists resulting in zines and gallery exhibitions. Did you draw each section or did you have others help you complete it?

Hello kayladean. There are multiple people involved. It is the surrealist game of exquisite corpse where one person draws a section and leaves a hint of the drawing over the fold. The next person then draws the next section based only on the hint of linework or colour from the previous section then hands it off to the next person. Typically this is done in three sections with three different people, but in this case and the previous corpse we extended it by a few folds.
